Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following Payment Method: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover,Apple Pay. We also accept Afterpay. If you decide to use this methods, you’ll be taken to Afterpay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at bombshelljai@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After your order has been shipped, it can take 3-5 business day to receive. USPS is the shipping courier

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the USA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please review shipping cost at the time of purchase. If your order value is more than $75, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

 Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. 

Hair Care FAQ

How soon can I see results?

Results vary per person. We advise that you use the product consistently for 30 days before seeing results but some have seen results in as little as a week. Just use the product according to the instructions on the bottle. Consistency is key.

Does this product really work?

Yes, our product work well. However, results vary from person to person. There are customers who have had results in as little as a week, while others may see results in 30 days.

Do your products help with alopecia?

We have had a number of customers with alopecia to see results from using our products but we would always advise you to ask your doctor before using.

Do I need the whole line or can I just use the HER Juice?

You can choose to use one the HER Juice but your hair will benefit even more from using the whole line collectively.

Can you use your products on relaxed or permed hair?

Yes, our products work well on all styles including relexed or permed hair.

What are your best selling products?

Our top selling products is our HER Juice and Deep in HER Conditioner

Can your products be used on children?

Yes we've had customers use it on children as young as 5 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients and essential oils.

What should I buy first?

Our HER Juice and Tha' GLam Starter Kit are all great starting options.
